Well, CBS is taking a YouTuber to court for multiple copyright violations

Apparently, they had multiple accounts with multiple uploads. What is interesting is that after CBS filed the claims, the person filed a counter-claim to have the videos re-instated. I wonder what claim he would have to posting the videos?

Fun fact: those judge shows are scripted.

I just thought that was something fun xD I never knew that until a while ago.

Firstly i dont understand why someone would happily upload a terrible TV program, secondly i dont understand why they would then try and fight this and thirdly i think the person is just a bit of an idiot for doing this.

They really don't have much to stand on if they where just straight uploading the program straight to youtube

lol oh man judge judy i remember have to watch her in law class and i laughed my a** off!!! A kid returned his girlfriends wallet and she had claimed he stole 100 from inside the wallet.. really that made it to court.... or a guy be sewed because he left a shopping buggy in a parking lot and a car backed into it

I thought you'd see this post. I did a search to make
sure that nobody shared the news article already and I
seen that you were a Judge Judy fan =)

This could be an interesting case if he is using a fair-use argument.
