Joined Creative Nation and can't contact them for support? They never reply?!

Hi, So I joined Creative Nation recently and I was impressed with all there good features. And they sent me an invite so obviously I accepted knowing that it is a 10 Month Contract. But I needed to clear up a few things first like how i'm going to get payed since I dont have PayPal. And they said 24/7 support and promised a lot of things but they haven't got back yet and I gave it a few days and I haven't got the things that they promised! They also haven't gave me the option to Ceate an Account yet even though i'm already partnered with them. I tried contacting them via Skype and Email and everything but they haven't got back Help?

I do admit our support is a bit slow atm, we are growing too fast for our current system which is why we launched our forums and are working on a ticket system via the partner dash.

You should figure this stuff out (how you get paid) before you join. Its your responsibility to make sure everything is clearly understandable before signing a contract. Also, what are all of these things they promised that you haven't gotten? Plus, it takes a week or so for you to be able to create an account.
