JETPAK Network?

Uhm well I sure as hell pay a lot more than 300 dollars a month to my current network, I mean they take 10% of my earnings.[DOUBLEPOST=1419423314,1419423274][/DOUBLEPOST]lol you can pay to have managed with these guys, anyone with over 3 million views a month this seems like a pretty good deal.

You know you could easily be on a 95% revenue share with another network that would put as much time & money into you, right?
Also, you pay more than $300/month, but do you get more than the very few (and repeated on the list) features that Jetpak offers?

It does seem to me like they shot themselves in the foot with this 1, it was meant to cater to all sizes from people with 0 subs to 1million or more, but it does really seem to only benefit people who actually make decent money off YouTube to begin with, which is where I think they will hit the nail on the head. Mainly because it's like if you're earning $100,000/mth (assuming YouTube already took their cut) why pay 5% ($5,000) when you can pay $10-$300/mth? But then if you're earning $1/mth as a small channel why would you pay $10/mth? That'd be a terrible investment. The indirect ad sales thing is a bit sneaky though, I thought the whole idea of the subscription was to get 100% of the ad revenue from everything but I guess they realised they'd lose money from people relying on the subscriptions, maybe they should have taken longer to think about the pricing. Only way I'd join is if you could stay in the network for free but then I'd be back to square 1 anyway xD Unless there's some hidden benefits that they haven't mentioned. It's still early days, I guess we'll here how things are from being on the inside soon.

Because channels on 100,000 are not giving away 5% or any % of their YouTube revenue.

You can be sure that any channel on that revenue or close to it would only be giving away a % of anything their network makes them such as network-sales, branded content, book deals, feature films etc[DOUBLEPOST=1419778626,1419778487][/DOUBLEPOST]

Lose money? They're asking for $9.99 to do 100% nothing, to get less than what Adsense can offer.
Not even a music library etc like other networks, not even support just nothing.

It's almost a scam imo, *how many small channels from our followers can we get to signup and not spend anything on*

I meant lose money in the sense where for e.g. if someone was earning $100,000/mth then Jetpak would be limited to only making money off the subscription from those bigger channels, so they realised (or so they thought) they needed something more consistent with the ability to earn them more. I imagine they thought people would exploit that in the future so they went down that route even though they didn't need to, I know I would exploit that system lol if I was earning that kind of money per month and only had to pay $10-$300 a month and nothing else at all (apart from Google's cut) on any ads served why the hell not?

I do have to say it can borderline on a scam in some ways, I mean $300 for copyright strike assistance, by the time you're earning enough off YouTube to be able to pay $300/mth + live off it, you really shouldn't need copyright assistance. This is starting to seem more like an insurance company, pay for insurance on your car that you'll most likely never crash lol

Yes, much more, and no, you speak on a subject which you don't know very much about. Not that I'm an expert, but I know a fair bit more than you about this subject.
For example they fly me out to events like Pax east, summonerscon, etc. That's money they're re-investing in me, and from all the gross earnings they've had on me, I've calculated they've re-invested about 3/4 of it.
They also have a kick-a** legal department, and I trust them entirely if/when I have copyright issues etc. There's a reason they don't have a single strike against the network.

On top of that I have 2 managers that I can trust 100%, message anytime. They also do other stuff, like they're setting up my website/merchandise, even getting it produced for me.

Good to know what they're doing for you :) Thanks.
I don't think you know more than me regarding networks though, that's a bold statement ;)

What's wrong with it?
for like 2 weeks I couldn't log in for whatever reason, the description tool broke temporarily, and it doesn't display all the stats I want to see in the way I wanna see them ;P
Much love to Omnia but their dashboard is not a + for me.[DOUBLEPOST=1420378541,1420378386][/DOUBLEPOST]
