So I watched your most recent video, the top 5 anticipated games of 2016 and I have a few notes, but bear in mind I'm by no means a YouTube expert, just an avid watcher of similar content.
1) Maybe try recording yourself saying the numbers, this might be just a personal thing, but I feel like when you hear the creator themselves say it, it really adds to the overall presentation and helps to give the video more of a sense of personality.
2) Also, this one happened a few times throughout the video, large amounts of silence while you play footage (e.g. you say "between the stunning landscapes and beautiful setpieces" and then leave a 13 second silence before speaking again; this happens frequently throughout) Such large amounts of silence are really damaging to your overall pacing, and it's hard for the viewer not to feel bored while listening to it. Personally I'd suggest either saying more about the game while the footage plays or just using less footage, I think this'd really help your videos overall flow and pacing. If it was me, I'd try not to leave any pauses of more than 3-5 seconds unless I really had to.
Other than that though, the video was pretty good.
