Issues With Changing Channel Name

When I go to edit my channel name, I'm taken to about.google.com
From here, I'm given the option to enter my first name, last name, and nickname

I entered what I desired, clicked "ok" then got the error

Trouble updating your information. Try again later.

Does anybody know why this is?

Try closing out of everything and then turn your computer off and on and then wait an hour and see what happens. Did you change your channel before? I know you can only change it one or two times, I’m noysure if they change the rules on that but that’s what I’ve heard.
