Is youtube really going to delete the video response feature?

This guy who works within RPM Networks uploaded a video saying that yOutube wwas going to delete the video response feature because not many people clicked on those videos.


Has anyone heard about this as well? :S

Haven't heard about this but I don't mind I don't use the feature at all

Since they added that you need to approve a video response they are sort of pointless now. I'm not surprised if they remove them.

Yes, actually the date for that if Im not mistaken is september 12th. I heard the announcement in a couple of videos I watched. Also Chris Pirillo said it on his facebook page.

It goes away on September 12th. They're replacing it with the ability to place video links in the comments.

If this feature is true I am not happy about it. Video responses get alot of views for me.

I think the same like comments are not seen by too many ppl if the person who did the video has a big fan base.

Links in the comments are going to be alot of spam. That just doesn't work I think.
