"Miquos Network" seems like a very good network. Fairly small, I would think it would help me as I'm a small channel.
Some things about them.

High Revenue Share (90%)

Full Transparency

Short Term Contract (10 Months)

$9 Average CPM for English-speaking channels

I would think this will help me at first. Getting this partnership then when it expires join a much bigger network.

Miquos Network is a very good network! I know the head management there, and they are really good!
I highly recommend them! :)
 
Creative Nations (their MCN) is fairly new to the MCN business (they used to be under Forela Digital before they became a MCN). Miquos are fine in my books (I've only talked to them on a few occasions) but your channel is very small, I'd wait out until you have over 200 daily views.

How do I know when i have about 200 views daily?
I'm only going to be uploading once a week. Would I have to have more views on the video?

you can also see how many views you get daily or monthly by going to socialblade.com and entering your channel name and they will give you your statistics.
