Its real. I don't think its a scam but its not a good deal either.

They'll prob. let you withdraw your YT earnings before the $100 limit but it'll only give you 70% of what you earned.

The reason I presume it's a scam is because the first sentence says that I am growing faster then other youtubers which isn't true hahahaha, it just seems to be worded like a scam email and I had never heard of it before, I admit I was in a lecture when I saw this so I didn't get round to googling it but it must be new
