Is this channel a bot?

I've Got It
Hi

I've come across yet another channel which is uploading videos in the hundreds and is uploading some of my videos with exact wording and description, the channel im on about is this:

(youtube) old cartoon

I would report it but i don't want to be accused of 'false reporting' and get my channel banned.

If he's uploading your videos that is enough to report them. It doesn't even matter if it's a bot.

Yes, the big bad Internet police are banning your account if you are doing something wrong.. Even if you are wrong, and he is not copying you (which is easy to see if he do), you still won`t be banned (as long as it is not a big accusation).
