Is this against YouTube policy?

So now i started making games trainers for people, I upload a video of the trainer or the trainer testing to YouTube and put the links in the description is that illegal ? Sometimes it takes up to 3-5 hours to make a game trainer so its not like im not putting efforts , I already started getting 3-7 subs a day and 1000-2000 daily views in the first two weeks .

Whether you put effort into it doesn't matter from a legal perspective - if it's not your content, you need a distribution license to post it.

That said, from a YouTube perspective, it depends on the game's copyright holder as to whether or not they choose to enforce the copyright.

Well , The copyright holders for the game dont't hold the copyrights for my trainer because i did all the programming and designing , So if i don't use game visuals they got nothing on me right ?

If you're not using any footage or audio from the game itself, then no, you're not violating their copyright, because you're not using their content.

I suppose you could technically run into some trademark issues depending on what it is that you're doing, but that'd be more the type of thing they'd send a cease-and-desist over, rather than issuing any sort of YouTube takedown.
