I agree with some of the other feedback. Go with one image, the one on the right being more descriptive as to what the video's about, and make use of text to communicate more. Simply GHOST PEPPER alone will probably do it as it's quite a common video type.

If you want to get fancy, a fire decal border might add a little zhuzh, but you can spend too much time on thumbnails.
 
Might I suggest putting some Text over the Audience telling the audience about your video? Not maybe something like: "HOT". Just a thought as it is just an image at the moment?
 
Looks awesome and i could already see it get attention from viewers cause it looks really questionable and that usually makes people curious to think. Its simple and not overdone. Good job on it, looking good.
