Is this a great Tumbnail?

Hey guys i have made this thumbnail for my video i just want your opinions how make i can make it better or more creative in it its for my video that i eat a ghost pepper.

Looks good this big but i'm not sure it will all translate to a tiny thumbnail.
I would loose the image of you on the left.. when it's smaller you wont be able to see the sweat on your face and the sauce in your mouth will probably look more like blood..
Maybe on the left side add some text that says something catchy like "eating the hottest peppers in the world almost killed me" (or whatever)

You could try a little fire coming out of the you on the left and see how that turns out, but not too much to over do it, It's good either way.
