Other Is this a good Idea?

It would ultimately help your ranking but if your contents not pulling people in it can end up hurting it as well.
 
I think a couple off my videos have some potential because I've put a good bit of work into them, like intros and outros and nice thumbnails plus added music through a network to spice up my last couple of videos and plan on doing more of the same to future videos.
 
The main effect is if your happy with the material your making. I wouldn't worry about how fast you get somewhere just as long as you get there and still love what you're doing ^.^
 
I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but when you need to ask someone to trade feedback, you should prepare the video that is worth to watch as well, so everyone is going to feel great about themselves and each others.

Trading comments is actually a good idea, but if the video isnt worth and someone still gives u positive comment, it is like LIVING A LIE! So better keep improving videos so that the audience enjoy U :D

If you could check out my last video and actually like it would you leave positive feedback and I'll check out a couple of yours. My two best ones in my opinion are the last two I uploaded.
