Another thing is to try and feel engaged on what you are playing. I watched half of your FEAR 2 part 2 video and sometimes you just sound...bored? If you don't have anything to say don't fall into the cracks of explaining what you are doing. The viewer can see what you are doing in the game, so saying "Ok I just picked up this and then I am going to pick up this and now I am going down this corridor" is a big no no when it comes to Let's Plays.

Either way those are a few things to think about. Youtube for the most part is about learning a lot of things yourself and you will learn many of your own do's and dont's along they way. I wish you the best of luck :)

thanks for the info. I edit out the mic check, so could you explain what your saying more on that. I do start my videos off with what's up everybody my name is froglick blah blah blah. as for the fear part 2, i'll try to avoid step by step explanations. most of the time, since the game is scary, i'm usually talking to keep myself from getting scared. thank you again.
 
Work..work and more work! To get the results you want you have to do more work when you have your video uploaded than you did making the episode! Networking..advertising..this is what will get your views..until you have a large enough audience, your series will not be seen unless you get the word out! But that means..you guessed it..Work! You have to plant the seeds to harvest the crop!;)
 
I have had the same problem, but as i kept going it grew really fast. Seriously look at my videos, I have horrible Czech accent, feeling unconfy with my english skills yet I keep kicking :)

i don't have problems advertising as much...networking is a completely different story though. to be honest, i'm not even 100% sure what networking even is.
 
Oh by the way, I'm actually going to get first payment from youtube, everything I will get is going back into my channel - profi microphone, greenscreen and lights.
