Is there a subscriber limit?

I have just subscribed to about 100 people in under an hour and now when I click the subscribe button on other users nothing happens, the button remains red. Is there a limitation or did Google think I was a bot and put a restriction on my account?
 
Might be you subscribed to too many people too fast, but that's just a possibility. Probably just a glitch.
 
Why did you sub to 100 people in an hour........ You'd have to have watched like 2 videos you liked enough to sub to every minute...
 
I believe there's a limit to how many people you can subscribe to in a certain amount of time. It detects it as bot activity. I know Twitter does the same thing if you follow too many people to fast.
 
Yeah, there's a certain amount you're able to subscribe to in an hour. I learned this when I transferred all my subscriptions to my new channel so I wouldn't have to switch between accounts.

Also, I think there's an overall limit of 2,000 channels you can subscribe to.
 
100/hour(or half)

2000 maximum unless you have over 2000 subscribers yourself, then you can subscribe to more people
