is there a subbing limit on YT?

so there is something you can do and thats doing that so youtube will never know if you used this and get away with it. so he wont be banned

Nope, but they don't really care that much. There are millions of active channels on YouTube. It really isn't worth there time to ban someone for something done in the past. If he has not had any trouble up to this point (and he does not continue using sites of this kind), then he will likely never have any problems.

okay good i can give him some good news then, he just used it today havent recieved subs from the site at all either. he was concerned to get striked or terminated

I would be 99.999999% sure that he will not have any problems from that, but he should not use those sites. It is pointless anyways to have inactive subscribers and fake analytics on your channel.
 
I have a question on a similar tangent: How can I unsub from banned channels? I used to be subbed to this channel who was banned because of b******t copyright claims, and I couldn't find anyway to unsub because all that shows is a red bar telling me why the channel was kicked.

Keep in mind that YouTube can punish in other ways also (not only banning). For example it can severely decrease the visibility of the channel (it will remove his movies from the search results). So it will be very difficult to grow a channel. It is entirely up to YouTube to decide which penalty to choose if any for su4sub activities.

i havent done it and no activity as such has happen with my channel so im SAFE plus if you search for me im atleast on page 3 and thats an accomplish to me
 
I don't really think there is a sub limit on youtube unless its limited to the amount of people on the planet, but that amount changes every day so they couldn't really keep up with that, so no, I don't think there is
