Is there a job similar to YouTube?

I dunno, you are 15, the world is going to change quite a bit over the next 10 years and especially the way the internet works. There certainly wasn't YouTube when I was 15.

If you like media and filming, I would work on animation, filming, photography, acting, set design, lighting design, audio design. etc...

That way you have a good background, hopefully real projects to work on and be ready to translate that into the workforce once you are out of school.

Yeah, "I want to YouTube" wouldn't really be a good career idea. Mainly cause it's not a job, it's a platform. What are the aspects of the progress that you enjoy the most?

Do you like the editing? Then go with Kevin's suggestion and try becoming an editor.

Do you like the commentating? Go for a job as a commentator / moderator / presenter / host / whatever else with talking. Radio, TV, local events, corporate events. Someone I know from film school went from moderating our film school screenings, to local TV, to co-host of a "Good Morning Germany" kind of show.

Do you like marketing your channel / seo? Look into jobs in social media.

And so on...

The good thing: all of these jobs will be complementary to making YouTube videos.
The bad thing: No media job is really easy to get into and make a living...

Thats pretty cool. As intern I made content for social media advertising and youtube.
So it was a bit similar only someone else made the posts and the reports on views clicks etc.
As freelancer you can get a lot of different jobs. You can also go to big companies with low social media pages and confince them they should let you keep it up to date.
Yeah that's true too. I used to do freelance video work for this company in a completely different sate (Minnesota. I'm from Michigan). They would send me a box of products every other month and my job was to record them and make training videos to explain to their sellers important features they needed to know to sell the products. I actually made $750 dollars a video (normally took me about a day or so). Not a bad gig. So, there's plenty of opportunities to do video related work, you just need to be on the lookout for them!

I'm not a real fan of sports so I don't think that would work out

Well theres always Esports, you could be a commentator on those kinds of things like starcraft 2, dota 2, UMvC3, etc.

Video Editing which was already said...ummm maybe graphic design since many people hear use a lot of backgrounds, intros, outros, etc.

Id say if you like the video editing side then obviously do that or you could go for a radio host if your more into the speaking and interactivity with people over a media platform.
