Is there a general sub/view ratio?

Open-ended question I know and it varies for all YouTubers but is there a general trend of sub/view percentage that often happens. I'm currently reviewing my channel after hitting 500subs and seeing what's going wrong as growth is very slow.

My sub/view percentage is sitting at about 2% of all sub's watch a new video which seems a bit off to me as that's huge inactivity. Anyone know anything or care to share yours so I can estimate a general trend :P

And Happy New Year guys!

I have a little more than 1.2k subs, and my videos average 250-300+ views, which equals to about 20-25% views from my subscribers.

We have 2.7 k subs and our videos usually get 600 -1000 views unless they become "hooked" to some viral or semi-viral video or search word/phrase than they go in to several thousand views or higher.

Just to add - I do not think that more than 200-300 (may be 400) of these views are coming from our subscribers.

I'd try to work on that - try putting what are called "calls to action" in your video: basically tell people at the end of your videos to subscribe and also put it at the end of your description.
