Is the new creators academy different?

I don't know if it's different, but I signed up for it anyways. I didn't learn anything from the first one. Figured i'd give this a shot, you never know.
 
From what I saw it looked the same from the first one, so I didn't sign up this time around. I think it's just another opportunity for those who missed the first one or just new to YouTube.
