Is the $100 payout threshold based on just one channel? If you have multiple channels, will the earnings be combined toward that $100 or each channel has to earn its own $100?

If both are connected to the same Adsense, then both earnings are combined toward the same threshold in that Adsense account.

For networks, it may depend on the network but generally I think if both of your channels are in the same network, their earnings add together, given that you've talked to your network about this.

You're not making any sense. Which network are you talking about? Your earnings from all the channels should sum up to that threshold. Don't bet on what I say though. You should talk to your network to get legit information

If you're talking about Adsense then "Yes". As long as your all accounts are connected to one single adsense then you will receive a total sum of revenues from all of your channels that can combined to break through that threshold!
Networks is may/ may not work the same. Depends.

I think with Fullscreen for example.
All your channels combine to hit the 100$ so all money goes towards it.
