Is that a playlist or a default loop?

I saw a lot of channels have this kind of feature, you press one of their video, and it appear a playlist on the right hand side called "upload from xxx" and the entire video in his channels are placed in a playlist like, do I have to do that manually? or Youtube just make it default to be like that?
 
When you are in the channel of someone, and click in a video which IS in a playlist, then you will be watching the video and playing the playlist where this video was listed on when you clicked. For example, go to your channel and click in one video of your "Recent Uploads" or other playlist shown. You will play the video with that playlist feature. That's why it's important to create playlists and show them in the channel.

so i should create a playlist named "upload" and store everything inside it?
 
No. You have that playlist, it is usually automatic. Go to your channel. See you have it there, in the first place. For default, when you upload a new video it is added to that playlist(and then you can add it to others). But this works on all playlists, not only the Uploads one, try it yourself!

Well, you have it there. It's called uploads. And you have another with the popular videos. I don't know if you added them or they were just default. But what I mean is that when you click in any video that is listed in a playlist in any channel, you start playing the video inside the playlist. That is the feature you was asking about.
For example, here you have 2 examples, which are Uploads and Blizzcon playlists and what do their videos look when you click one from the playlist shown in the channel:

Playlist: mediafire.com/convkey/8393/2hudfm3tjpvqeyyfg.jpg
- Blizzcon: mediafire.com/convkey/0aa3/usvs34hlv2sjmh3fg.jpg
