no, not at all! It's only against the rules if you use websites that automatically do it. It's a stupid idea anyway! They are only subscribing because they know they are going to get a sub back, meaning neither of the people actually want to see the persons videos. If someone does sub4sub and goes boasting about having 1,000 subs, just tell them, they don't actually care!
