All good man. I'm not trying to give you a hard time. when the views come your way be happy. It helps figure out what works for you. Build and grow and keep moving.

It's just strange to go from posting videos that get maybe 20 views to posting one that gets 700

There's nothing strange about it at all. Once you have written your description and tags and then published the video it is really out of your control how many people will watch it and just what will happen to the video. It may be that somebody in Holland with multiple friends has shared the video on Facebook, or that the YT algorythm promoted it more in that country for some reason...as another poster stated, you should be happy about the views, try to figure out why this video was so successful, and then learn from it!
