Is short better?

About the revenue part.. The video viewcount does not affect the amount of money recieved.. It's the advertisement's viewcount!
and for the video length.. depends on what your'e aiming at, the video should tell the story of what you are trying to say! I usually make videos up to 2min long and that's fine for me.. but recently I made a 9 min one! at the bottom line.. it all depends on your script and on what is that your'e trying to say.:)
 
this is something alot of people make a big mistake on. At least for gamers (such as meself), where people tend to make videos either too short or too long. I've seen let's player who make episodes that're about 5mins and other who makes episodes that're about 40mins lol. The absolute best for Let's Plays = 15-25mins, not to short timespan to work with and not far too long to bore people out.

As for your channel though, i believe your videos are pretty neat when it comes to length. Not too long and not too short.
