I'm going to give you a straight and honest opinion.
Your commentary is clear to hear, easy to understand/follow, you also have a good pace.

Your subjects are not that interesting and the audio edits felt a bit cheesy and for the first video the audio cue and the graphics were off by like a second.

Now you only have two videos up so its very easy to change all of this.
Personally i'm not a fan of just talking over gameplay that doesn't have any correlation to the commentary. Its done a lot and is a pretty easy way out of creating graphical content. I don't see the value or the interest behind it. I'd create visuals that accompany your content. Just use whatever your skill is. Is it editng? Motion graphics. Drawing? grab a whiteboard and draw. Film? record shots that assist in pushing your idea. Technically you can use literally anything to present your info. so get creative.

You have a very announcers like voice and tone in your videos and that can separate you from your audience. Try to make things a little more personal. Don't read from a script or just get emotional. Essentially add story to your videos. It'll keep interest longer.

These are just first impressions. You don't have to agree with them, but hopefully they help. Have fun.
