It's just a number. You can be at 10k and will still be just as slow till you figure everything out.

- What age demographic are you trying to appeal to? Is it working? Check your analytics to be sure.
- Is everything in check with your channel and how you run it? Intro/Outro, call to actions, social media status, thumbnails, branding and SEO (title, tags, desc).
- How is your outside marketing? Could it be improved? Are you targeting the right websites for your target demographic?
- What sets your channel apart from every other YouTube channel out there? What is that angel or hook that converts viewers in to subscribers? Are people saying, "Wow, check out this guys channel! You need to watch this video!"

You're currently in an ocean of other YouTube gaming channels. You will need to think outside the box. You need to prove to the viewers that your channel is the one they need to subscribe to and come back over and over again to continue watching your videos.

The first thing I noticed was lots of "Um's" try and structure what you talk about better. As far as the layout of your channel, sure it could be better but I have seen a lot worse. I think the name/channel art is fine (Add your social media links to the channel art) Also you could try and be more consistent with the thumbnails so you have more of them. Overall though just keep trying to get better and you will do fine ;)

A few comments on channel art-

I do like the banner!

Not super crazy about the name (it is really long), but if you generally just go by Citruz you'll probably be okay.

There's just something off about the thumbnails, to me. Now, I don't mean to be rude, but I think it might be because they're either just gaming screenshots, or they look like PowerPoint slides. There are very few that seem to really offer an identity of their own along with quality. I think the best one, in my opinion, might be the Battlefield Real Talk One, as it's attractive but also has just a little bit of personality to it.

Ok so let me tell you something i wish i heard earlier enjoy yourself ! you cant do something if your not enjoying youself or else people see that also dont worry about subs just keep posting and it will grow what you want to worry about is how to keep the subs once you get them

yes definitely have fun with it. it's good to get advice on the "production" aspect but ultimately people will see you are enjoying it and be attracted to it. some of the best channels fail on every checklist but the person is so genuine it's hard not to watch.
