Nice design.
Try and enable YouTube Thumbnails so you can upload your own custom thumbnails. Also play around with your banner as the text, for me, is just a little hard to read/not 100% visible-clear.
Anyway, good start!

Okay cool thank you. Yes I am currently in the process of creating Thumbnails and a Intro for all the video's. But the rendering time on Blender is insane.

My advice is to add some shadow or stroke to Your channel name on the banner, because currently it kinda blends with the background image.
