I think it looks pretty cool! The colors go well together. You might consider making the tag line a little more bold or a brighter color since it does clash a little with the dark parts of the background.

that banner looks pretty good you could try making the text a bit brighter but everything else is good!

I like your new banner, blue color with snowy background is so awesome! I think the bottom text is a bit invisible! Make it bold or a bit larger
