Is my Channel A Mess?

Oh gosh, here I am again whining about the form of my channel. I feel like I still haven't got the form I need to be.
What do you think when you go onto my channel? Do you see an organized channel, do you see a channel you would like to watch? I personally see a big mess of a guy who doesn't know where he wants to go..
Please give me your honest opinion, be as cruel as possible because in the end I can only learn from it

Actually your channel seems to be put together pretty well. One suggestion I have is to put more of your videos into playlists. If you get a new subscriber they might want to watch your older videos, and that is easier to do if they kind find them through playlists.
