I think its outdated info about 3 years length contract.
Maybe it depends on the channel size to be able to receive shorter contract, but as i know contracts now available on 6 months or 12 months or so (do not remember exactly but for sure that was not about 3 years)

That would be better because oh my god, 3 years! it´s just too much.

They have started to improve since their big YouTubers left I think they reduced contract length now and they actually have a dashboard :O
