What is a "traffic exchanger"? If you mean a traffic exchange, in which you place your URL for other people to view on a timed frame refresh, you are breaking YouTube's rules regarding artificial channel traffic inflation, and should take your channel off of it before Google catches you and disables your channel for TOS violation.

ok so you basically admitted using traffic exchanges to inflate your youtube views and you are surprised you only got $4 for 6000 views? The majority of views generated by those traffic exchanges come from bots, no networks will allow you to continue. so if you are getting paid stick with the network you are until it lasts....

No,I used those views for Non-monetized views to make my videos higher ranked (Actually i get some likes from Addmefast)
 
It is a gamble. You probably heard many people complaining about freedom not paying them... Those complains mainly come from those who try to gamble them...
What is making you want to go to paragon? anything in particular?
