There should be no copyright issues even being a gaming channel with YouTube directly as opposed to via an MCN, you just have to decide what features you want in a network (music library, adsales etc) if any and then decide how big a share of your revenue you're willing to give away.
If you have no interest in any extras well sticking directly with YouTube may be what's right for you.

Thanks for the information! I heard that especially for gaming channel is better to go on with a parnership network :)

It's rough around there to be partnered with youtube, when you have gaming channel. The copyright strikes are real. It's like pikachu non stop lightning.
 
Have you actually received a copyright strike while being partnered with YouTube directly as a gaming channel? I highly doubt so.
 
I'm receiving now. With youtube partnered the rules are more strict. And... the worst thing is that when I dispute I'm winning the case, but once your keep is striked... you can't earn from it anymore.
