Is it ok to copy YouTubers

You can take inspiration from other youtubers. Since there's alot of good quality creators out there, its only fitting you make yours high quality too! :)
 
There's a huge difference between being inspired and copying off youtubers work. I would say use their channels as inspiration to make your own videos. If you have minor similarities it is just because you both have the same style. People love originality though so don't turn your channel into a copy cat one.
 
Like others have already said, whatever idea you have has already been done before so just do what you feel best doing. As long as you're not copying a video word for word I'm sure you'll be pretty much fine man!

I guess so but your channel is unique to you so making videos with original content is what gets views and subs, something different ya know? x I make vlogs about my weight loss and I'm still going after losing 50lbs x
 
It's okay... But why not be yourself? You'll never be as good at being JonTron as JonTron is, but you'll always be better at being yourself than any other person! :p:D
 
Everyone starts out like that. Even I did, although I started POV vlogging from a car because I did not have a motorcycle at the time. My inspiration for my channel was a motovlogger by the name of bakerXderek. But as time goes on you start to take from more YouTubers and really start to do your own thing.
 
People who copy dont know why the other person does what they do most of the time, they dont have legs of their own to stand on.
