Is it even possible to grow on YouTube nowadays?

Say there is a new YouTuber who made a channel a few weeks ago and has little to no subscribers. With all the millions of YouTube channels out there nowadays making videos, do you think it's still possible for that new YouTuber to become popular? In my opinion, even if that person's videos are quite good, it's going to be extremely hard to get noticed. Any thoughts?

It's definitely possible. Saying it's too crowded on YouTube is like saying the music industry is too crowded so no one can breakthrough. Of course it's competitive, but always possible!

like jackie said, yes it's hard to get any exposure now a days but it's not completely impossible

Is it even possible to make it as an actor, singer, writer, etc... these days? The same philosophy applies to YouTube. It is EXTREMELY difficult to "make it" but if it is really what you want to do (and I mean REALLY) then you don't have much of a choice. If it was easy, then everyone would be doing it.

It depends on what u make i think. If ur content is really diffrent then u will grow and stand out from the crowd, but if its something that thousends of other channel have like minecraft let's plays or cod gameplay it will be much harder to grow.

Yeah it is possible and it's true that it's so friggin hard but that's nothing new. When most people enter this universe we've come to know and love that is youtube, we know what we are letting ourselves in for. Some are lucky and grow at a rapid rate but others can stay in one place, like myself, for years! Just keep making content and appreciate the surroundings you already have dude. Hope this helps!

It is but it just takes time and a bit of effort for it but it's worth it.

In every industry it is crowded from what I can see. YouTube is just another one. It will be hard to gain subscribers at first, especially in the first few weeks, but consistency and interesting content will draw those people to your channel, slowly, but surely.

it sure is still possible. You really have to want it now and have lots of patience

It is possible, but unless You make a hit video that will bring in a lot of views and subs in an instant then You better have a lot of patience
