It's possible to grow any type of channel. However, if you're niche is oversaturated you're going to have to work even harder to get noticed and build an audience.

If you make good, unique minecraft content, I don't see why not. But youtube is definitely super over saturated with minecraft content, so if I were you I would definitely turn away from just doing "Let's Plays" of Minecraft on youtube since everyone and their grandma has done that.

It's possible but the odds will be stacked against you to a point that it will seem impossible. You have to keep in mind that even big channels that focus on specific games are having a hard time keeping up these days because of the ever evolving gaming community on YouTube who are wanting more variety from the channels they watch.

Unlike the other YTtalk members that have commented before me I don't honestly think you can! Out of all of the over-saturated gaming content on YT Minecraft is the worst! Unless you have a connection to a big guy it will be literally impossible to grow solely on MC! Every thing has been done! Talk shows,let's play's,custom map walkthrough's, parkour, PVP/Hunger Games, Minigames etc... If you want to see success on YT, MC is not the way to go!

I would have to say that it will be pretty difficult since so many people do Minecraft, but it's still possible.

I'd say do it but don't make it JUST a Minecraft channel. Have other kinds of Let's Plays and stuff too.

It is possible, but I figure that the best way to go about it is to come up with a unique style of videos, not just your standard let's play of a single player world or online PvP

Is it possible to grow a successful YouTube Channel? - Yes
If yes then why am I not TDM? Not down to the content or the channel but the person behind the videos and behind the channel. If the person has the attributes and personality that's unique to the user and how THEY make their videos is what grows a channel and concretes them into the people they are.
