It's not wrong to stop a let's play, but I'd private or delete the videos if you have no intention of ever coming back to it. On a side-note though, Portal is a pretty short game, On my channel I completed it in less than 2 hours total playtime, you could just finish it so that you have one more completed LP on your channel.

We've "dropped" some of our playthroughs before, either due to low views/interest (Bully) or because we find that the game doesn't provide as much material as we thought it would (Lollipop Chainsaw, Guacamelee, Braid). There's no shame in it, if you've found something that you and the people watching would enjoy more.
