IS it against Youtube TOS to have multiple accounts?

IS it against Youtube TOS to have multiple accounts? I have multiple Gmails so I assume it is okay to have multiple G+ and youtube accounts. Can anyone confirm this?

You can have multiple channels.
You can even have multiple channels under one account, so...

You're allowed multiple accounts and multiple channels.

What you're not allowed is multiple AdSense accounts. Those are limited to one per person. If you have multiple YouTube channels, they all have to be linked to the same AdSense (or an MCN).

Having multiple accounts and channels is not a problem. Loads of big YouTubers do it!

I see a lot of big Youtubers having a secondary channel where they'll post behind the scenes things for example So I'd say it's not a problem!

Just don't click on your own ads, they'll catch on and close all your accounts.
