Is Creative Nation a serious MCN ?

They trust you not to make content that will get copyrighted, I feel that if you get a copyright strike then it's fair play for them to take away more of the money you are earning.

I got stuck 1 year in awesomness, without any revenues coming back to me.
The similarity with CN is the lack of signed contract.

Well, CN deeply lacks credibility for not having an individual contract. In Juridical terms, no one is engaged (to give a revenue or to stay partnered).

If I get in the CMS of a network , it doesn't stand for a signature or an engagement .

So, CN sounds real attractiv but how can I trust them?
 
Googling "Creative Nation payment " : Hello I am a youtube partner under 'creative nation' and i earned over $3000. However since im under the creative nation network my earnings went to creative nations google adsense. They have not paid me and have told me they will NOT pay me. I am really upset and frustrated as to why youtube has allowed them to become a MCN and they are scamming their partners.

I just noticed on CN forums that many partners complain about not being paid, and being stuck in the MCN for 10 months.

No, that's a load of s**t. Short of the Sega Shining Force series, nobody in video games gets strikes because they do video game content. It happens because they use music without paying for a license or fight monetization claims by companies who do not permit YouTubers to monetize game content.

Most of the people who make those complaints get their revenue reclaimed by YouTube for uploading full TV shows, songs, etc.

CN is a fantastic MCN. The marketing for CN was mostly done by word of mouth. The MCN is super young but already one of the largest in the world.

The only way for an MCN to ever get to such a size within such a short period of time with no artificial marketing is via peoples suggestions.

More people love CN than don't and a majority of those who love CN, enjoy the time there so much that they actually refer a friend.

YouTube actually compliments CN on the reg. So YouTube is very very happy with them :)
