Ohh yes thats why Quiz removed a lot of channels. The problem is that some people USED COPYRIGHTED CONTENT WITH PERMISSION (like from game publisher). Your statement "at any moment they could be terminated" again can apply to some channels but if someone has a permission to use a copyrighted material - there is no indication that they are about to be terminated. So basically you statement is false since it starts from "all of them".The cause of it the new rules released by Google means if your CMS account has more than 1000 blocked channels since September 1, you are losing ability to add new channels for a 3 months till December 1. This is exactly why Freedom disconnected around 100.000 channels, Quiz around 150.000 and CN "a couple of thousand channels". All of them used copyrighted content and at any moment they could be terminated.
On the other hand Quiz is abusing their status and using false, silent copyright claims to block monetization for videos they don't own any rights to. They make "manual detection" of the content that can't be see in "copyright notices" tab. You have to be able to know the video can't be monetized and go to copyright tab on it. You can't dispute that, you can't monetize the video and they monetize it. If I would be guessing then they do this to people that they wanna remove but have no reason to.
