Is channelpages.com a scam?

Hey everyone, sorry for the delayed response here (and thank you to everyone who jumped in to help answer questions).

We aren't a scam, we're about making it much easier for YouTubers to find other channels for collabs, and also for sponsors to find channels to work with for integrated marketing campaigns. There's no good way to do this on YouTube itself, so this is why we created Channel Pages. We launched a few months ago and it is growing very quickly (and as with any marketplace, the more people that are on it, the more valuable it becomes to everyone).

I've had myself listed on there for awhile. I don't do collabs but I am vaguely interested in sponsorships. I just don't think my channel is big enough to garner much interest right now, but at least I'm listed! :)
 
I have emailed channel pages support twice and have not heard back. It upsets me that you can't edit your page so I emailed support to add a category to my listing. The lack of customer support is disappointing. Also I've had my page up for almost 2 months.

Hi colevincent, not sure what's going on with the slow support response time. Can you please let me know what address you emailed that didn't reply? I want to look into this asap for you.

Re editing your page, just head to channelpages.com/dashboard/signup once you are logged in, and you can edit your profile right there. We are making this easier to do in the near future, but for now, it's totally editable on that page.

Finally, a response! This worked and I was able to edit my page. Thanks so much!

I was emailing hello@channelpages.com

I've looked at that for my own page (I've logged in many times) and I don't see an option for editing, and I keep going around in circles. Exactly what do I click on to edit anything on my profile? I know I did it once when I first logged in, but I can't find a way to get back to it now to make changes.

What specifically are you trying to edit? Once you are logged in, you can edit your profile by going to channelpages.com/dashboard/account
