Is Channel Pages any good?

Hey, I've seen Channel Pages being advertised on this site and I was just wondering if anyone uses this and if it is worth getting in to, Sorry if this is an issue that already been addressed in other Threads

It's quite tough to find a YouTubers that would match for a collab, cross-promote, etc.
I emailed one guy, then replied, and then he never replied back.
