Is a script needed for a gaming commentator ?

Like the title said is it necessary ? I don't think so because I don't know what is going to happen in the games I play. So I just put on the camera and start talking and screaming.

Whenever I play Minecraft, I don't use a script whatsoever. Scripts make it boring - just speak from your heart.

I think the best reaction is the natural reaction. I don't think scripts are needed maybe for when you introduce yourself to be consistent but sometimes switching those up are fun and entertaining.

Let's Plays are the only kind of video I don't do scripts for. For vlogs I script but Let's Plays I just go with whatever the game is giving. Sometimes that goes to weird areas but still it is fun to go with the flow.
