Is 30fps for a video good enough ?

Television uses 30fps and films use 24fps. If you're doing skits and things, you might want to shoot in 24, but if it's just vlogs 30 is fine. Keep in mind the framerate is set in the camera when you record. If you record in 30 and set it to 60 in vegas, it won't do anything.
