24fps just gives us that motion blur effect that we're used to seeing in movies and its just become to standard for films.
30fps is just clearer without the motion blurring.
that's what i thought! more is better and smoother.No don't ever use 24 fps, only if you plan on putting a film out to cinema should you even consider using it. More is better, more fps is more smooth and youtube allows 30 so always use 30
