Is 24fps and 30fps a big difference?

Look, just record depennding on what your filming.. the more movement you want to record.. the more FPS needed.. 24 for just talking and walking and so on...
60 and higher.. for explosions... running... crashes ( also meaning IRL and in gaming!!!)

that's my question... why does it have to have certain specifications? or use?

24fps just gives us that motion blur effect that we're used to seeing in movies and its just become to standard for films.
30fps is just clearer without the motion blurring.

I don't think I've seen many YouTubers use 24fps for the reason that if there is a lot of motion, it's not as sharp with the blur effect.

Since we live in the digital age, just film two clips, one in 30fps, one in 24fps and see which one looks better for your project? It costs nothing except time. Each project is different and the cinematic look might work better for you?

No don't ever use 24 fps, only if you plan on putting a film out to cinema should you even consider using it. More is better, more fps is more smooth and youtube allows 30 so always use 30

I guess there isn't a massive different but you should always try and get your fps to 30
