Inserting and deleting all keyframes After Effects?

Anyone here know how to insert a keyframe in After Effects? I need to insert mine rather than use auto keyframing and I also need to know how to delete all keyframes from the timeline at once if anyone knows how to do this it will save me a few issues.

I aint surprised lol it is still fun learning it though, you can make some stunning things with it.

oh yeah no doubt!, with vegas its pretty simple but you cant make really amazing things whereas with AE its hard to use yet the things you can do are incredible
