I Love YTtalk
So I noticed that Socialblade has a ranking system, to determine how influential you are as a Youtuber. It factors in both views, subs, view to sub ratio, viewer detention, like to dislike ratios and all that good stuff.
Currently I'm lying at B, and it says "Mildly infuential" It got me thinking: "How influential can I/others be just with Youtube accounts?" I mean you look at something like Gangnam style, it's so influential that is has influenced the whole world (at least to some degree).
At what point do you have enough influence to say, influence the opinions of a majority of a community? In my case a gaming community. I know for a fact that "mildly influential" is pretty accurate, I can't exactly shoutout someone and give their channel god status, however with 40,000 subscribers and a name for myself on Youtube I'd think I could change a few things here and there.
At what point does a channel reach "god status" meaning that you have such a large following that your opinion on something is reflected in a large community of people?
