if you think about it its the best place to put it in. Community = social and inboxing people is being social.

I dont know why but some people might want to ask you things and maybe if your doing a q / a video thats the best place to be contacted.

I guess though I'd say for Q&A tweet with a unique hash tag could work best or Facebook but ya

The inbox was plenty fine on the front page. The only thing I like about the new YouTube is the Google+ notifications coming up as you get comments, that's real swell.

true but why use the inbox anyway, comments aren't on it anymore and if your contacting someone email or other services usually works best

even though i have twitter i still don't get anything with the hash-tags really doesn't make sense and Facebook is a mess when it comes to pages and if people add me on Facebook i ignore because its private.
