Inactive subscribers

Titus

Guy who makes videos
So I've come back after a year of not making videos, i've got 300 subscribers but all of them are inactive ( i'm pretty sure anyway) , what can i do to maybe get them active again ( or at least get some of them back)?
I make gaming videos btw, and one of the main reasons i put off coming back was knowing i'd have all these inactives

Thanks in advance :)

It's quite hard to get inactive subs back on your channel unless you know any of them personally, but keep making videos and advertising yourself and hopefully you'll see some of them come back :)

I guess i'll need to get back in the game, kinda rusty but hopefully i goes well , thanks :)

I have a similar problem where I went away for a while and even though I had at the time 280 subs my first video back and after a week it had only had 17 views :/

If you stopped uploading for awhile and they stopped watching your other videos, your new uploads might not appear in your subscriber's recommendations.

To be clear, if a subscriber comes to YouTube via the front page, YouTube.com, they will be presented with recommended videos. Your subscriber will see new or recent videos from channels that they watch more often. That's because the sub has proven that they like that content because they watch it. They may also see other recommended videos that are popular on YouTube.

However, if the subscriber goes to his subscriptions link, your recent video will appear in the proper chronological order with other channels that they are subscribed to.
