Inactive Subscribers Help!

Why do you want to erase inactive subs ? People tend to subscribe o a channel who has already a lot of subs, the bigger you get....


Another problem you have must be visibility ! If you upload a video when none of your subscriber are online, when they are your video is probably on the 6th page of their daily videos... Timebof upload is important !
 
Subscribers are not always predictable (well, with enough analytics the trend is, but not the individuals). There are tactics to try to get those who watch your videos to be active on them, but fewer to get those that don't watch to start.
 
It's normal. I have almost 700 subscribers but I usually get 200-300 views on my videos.

Did you ever do sub4sub?

I come across so many channels who do that. 60.000 subs and only 2000 views for each video they recently uploaded.
 
It happens to the best of people. Let's be honest, the majority of people don't stick around for more than maybe a short series or one or two videos so all I would suggest is to keep uploading and as you gain more subscribers, try and find a way to address them directly such as Twitter or Facebook and find out what the majority of them would like to watch and or what brought them to your channel, then I would simply try and cater for them through what you have found out. :)
 
I don't worry so much about subscribers. I mean the majority of them don't watch my video's anyways and i believe 97% of my daily views are from non subscriptions. This is quite shocking tbh.
