Inactive Subscribers, HELP PLEASE!

I screwed up. I kept going off and on with uploading and now over 75% of my subs are inactive. I'm to blame so meh. I gotta stay active and get some new ones!
 
This happens to everyone, I remember Frankie or someone mentioning that out of all your subscribers only about 20% of those subscribers will be active and watch your videos.

Theres nothing you can really do about that really :/

I have 100 subs yet getting more than 10 views is a rare sight.

However, don't try to think of it as all negative, a nice thing about this is, since you have so many subscribers new viewers who come to your channel will be more inclined to watch/subscribe to your channel.

It's like a popularity contest, well if you get some new viewers and they see you have so many subscribers they'll think "Well this guys gotten 750 subs?! Dang he must be really good!" Bam new subs.

And hopefully you get new ACTIVE viewers on your channel, best of luck to you :)
 
I post a lot of my videos on my social networks and I around 30-40 views a video with 90 subs meaning around 50 of them are inactive and I know why this is, its because they subbed when I was making tekkit videos and I no longer make them meaning they no longer want to see what I am doing which yes is annoying but I understand which is why I'm going to start up the old series and see if I get more views on them when I do
 
Thanks for all the comments guys! really good points, especially about the only 20% of subscribers will watch, it really is true.. guess I've just got to keep going :D
